OUR PROCESS

  • The Pattern

    Every shoe begins as a sketch. Our craftsmen draft the pattern by hand, mapping out every curve and proportion before a single piece of suede is cut.

  • The Cut

    Each panel is cut individually from premium suede, carefully following the grain of the material to ensure consistency in texture and colour across the shoe.

  • The Stitch

    Our artisans hand-stitch every seam with precision. No machines, no shortcuts — just needle, thread, and decades of practiced skill guiding every pass.

  • The Shape

    The cut pieces are lasted by hand — stretched and shaped around a mould to give the loafer its signature silhouette and ensure a fit that molds to your foot over time.

  • The Sole

    The lightweight white rubber sole is carefully bonded and finished by hand, built to be both clean in appearance and durable enough for everyday wear.

  • The Finish

    Each pair is inspected by hand before it leaves our workshop. Edges are smoothed, stitching is checked, and the suede is brushed — because the details are what make it ours.
