Return & Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds.
  • You can exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by your original order confirmation and original Nomosh packaging.
  • Exchanges are only accepted in the case of a size issue. No other reason for exchange will be entertained.
  • Merchandise can only be exchanged if it is unworn, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags intact.
  • To request an exchange, contact us via email at nomoshpk@gmail.com or reach us on WhatsApp 03448501337 within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The replacement pair will only be dispatched once the original pair has been received and inspected by our team.
  • Exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to be processed depending on stock availability.
  • If your requested size is unavailable at the time of exchange, store credit will be issued.
  • Any claims of damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Items that appear worn, used, or damaged upon return will not be eligible for exchange and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Products purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for exchange.
